Data collected
We collect buyer email, listing details, Stripe payment reference, policy-review and removal records, service emails, and support requests.
For visitors, we collect a random browser identifier, broad browser type, referral source, qualifying visits, clicks, and signs of abuse. We turn IP addresses into scrambled values for repeat-visit and abuse checks, and do not save full addresses ourselves. Companies that host and protect the service may process them briefly when requests arrive. We do not store card details. Stripe handles card payments.
How we use information
We use information needed to perform our contract: handling purchases, the queue, placements, receipts, and private management pages. We rely on legitimate interests to keep the service safe, prevent abuse, measure basic usage, and keep rankings fair. We also keep financial records and answer lawful requests where required.
Companies that help us
Trusted companies help us with hosting, security, email, content checks, and image storage. Stripe processes payments. Some companies may process information outside the European Economic Area using safeguards required by law.
Retention and rights
Public results, purchase records, and scrambled visitor records remain while the service operates or legal claims require them. Temporary rate-limit records expire automatically. Listing images may remain stored while the service operates, but a removed or rejected listing is no longer shown. We keep do-not-email records so we do not send unwanted messages again.
Where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by email. Complaints may be made to the relevant data protection authority.
