Once Stripe confirms payment, we reserve your place in the queue or add purchased extension time. We do not offer refunds for waiting time, schedule changes, paid extensions, extra time earned or bought by products ahead of you, low traffic, removal requests, or a change of mind.
Policy screening
We check every product before payment. Products that do not pass cannot pay or join the queue. A product that later becomes harmful, misleading, or prohibited may be removed without a refund.
Service failure
If KeepItLive prevents your paid placement from running, we will normally give you a replacement session. Problems that do not stop the placement do not qualify.
Rights given by law
This policy does not limit rights given by law, including rights concerning fraud or duplicate charges. By purchasing, you ask us to start the service immediately and understand that any legal right to withdraw may end once the service begins, where law allows.
Required refunds and reversals
Refunds, payment reversals, and chargebacks required by Stripe, banks, card networks, or law are still handled. A reversed payment may cancel the placement and remove its leaderboard rank. Questions about legal rights: [email protected].
