KeepItLive sells temporary sponsored homepage placement. €10 purchases one approved 10-minute spotlight under displayed rules. No traffic, click, lead, sale, rank, or revenue outcome is promised.
Buyer must own product or hold authority to promote it. Product link must stay on the website submitted at checkout.
Payment and queue
Stripe processes payments. We reserve a place only after Stripe confirms successful payment. Returning from checkout does not by itself confirm payment. We check every product before each purchase. A product must pass before payment can begin. Paid sessions join the queue in order successful payments are confirmed.
Queue estimates are minimums, not appointments. Every product can stay live for up to six hours, so exact start time may change.
By purchasing, the buyer asks us to start the service immediately, including during any legal withdrawal period, and accepts that a paid queue place or extension is a final, non-refundable sale. Rights that law does not allow us to limit remain unchanged.
Placement rules
KeepItLive keeps the official countdown for each session. Each qualifying new visitor adds three seconds while room remains within six-hour limit. Time held for extension purchase uses that room. An owner may buy up to six 10-minute extensions while product is live. Starting, visitor-added, purchased, and manual replacement time all count toward six-hour limit.
If an extension payment arrives after the original session ends, it starts a separate replay instead.
Product checks and removal
SDX Studio may reject or remove listings, end sessions, remove rankings, or block products that are unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, infringing, abusive, harmful, or prohibited by the halal policy. This includes gambling, pornography or sexual services, alcohol or intoxicants, and interest-based financial products. A rejected product cannot pay. SDX Studio may also remove or block a product later if urgent concerns arise. Removal does not qualify the purchase for a refund.
Fake or manipulated traffic may remove a leaderboard rank while keeping the public result.
Liability
Service is provided with reasonable care. Maximum contractual liability is limited to amount paid for affected session where law permits. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that law does not allow exclusion.
